Can I use my car electrical outlet to charge the battery or using my tent trailer?

Hello, I just bougth one used tent trailer pop epic Viking 2006. i got the driver installed Ligths brake on my truck to drag the guy it.But installs not run a high voltage cable or a line of accessories for battery charging tent trailer. Is it possible for me to use the outlet on my truck and directly connected to the positive and negative terminal of the battery is charged or used trailer. Anyone can give some ideas? thanks

If the igniter is DC output type, I recommend not. They are not designed with the amperage much in mind. Your best bet is to either connect jumper cables from his truck engine battery to the battery the trailer and leave it that way by the engine. You can also go to a store and buy an RV A / B switch and battery cable to the charging system his truck so after starting the engine is switched to the trailer battery and all charges by the time they reach their place of camping. Remember to return your battery truck so as to recharge when you need to start the engine again. You can also ask experienced RVers and RV supply people over other methods of trailer battery charging, such as solar, wind, a small generator, etc.
